pINOT NOIR

Light red colour with a typical pinot pale cranberry hue, perfumes are delicate reminding cherry and light plum. The taste its fresh with a lovely silky texture, vibrant with gracious complexity and the right amount of intensity.

Syrah

A vibrant dark red almost purple color with a lovely character of red fruit that reminds plum and mulberry. The nose is fine with a nice character of Adelaide Hills cool climate red fruit, slightly peppery with nice fragrances of small red fruit. The palate is intense with a gradual texture, which highlight enjoyable small tannins and a clean after taste.

Cabernet sAUVIGNON

The wine presents an incredible deep intense red color, with long lasting fragrances and beautiful varietals aspects. The bouquet is quite rich and volatile with aromatics defined by fruit expression and complexity.
